Thank you for being here

No matter where you are right now whether you have a partner, haven’t met the right person yet, or are in a relationship that feels a little tiring there is something we often overlook. We tend to focus on whether the other person is doing enough or whether the relationship is meeting our needs, but we rarely stop to think about how many people have appeared in our lives. They chose to stay, to give their time, and to care for and accompany us in their own way. None of this is ever something we should take for granted.

“Thank you for being here.” This “you” can be anyone who has ever been part of your life, but more importantly, have you ever said this to yourself? When you truly begin to feel gratitude, you will not only change how you see your relationships but also rediscover your own value. Love is not just something we receive—it is something we learn to understand and experience. And this can all begin with one simple thought: from this moment on, start to grow a heart of gratitude.
